Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

This document outlines the operational directives regarding the collection, transmission, maintenance, and permanent disposal of data within this secure ecosystem. We prioritize minimal data footprinting. By maintaining an active node here, you consent to these practices.

1. Information Collected & Node Routing

Because this network is invite-only, we collect minimal data to maintain infrastructure stability. This includes:

  • Account Metadata: Your registration email, preferred username, and invitation cryptographic token.
  • Transmission Logs: Temporary technical logs (IP addresses, browser tokens, and timestamps) required strictly to prevent malicious bot behaviors and coordinate secure routing.

2. Use of Information

Your data is never sold, traded, rented, or distributed to third-party commercial entities or advertising data pools. Data processing is exclusively leveraged to facilitate your direct technical actions, preserve user preferences, and secure system boundaries.

3. Permanent & Irreversible Data Erasure

We operate under an absolute privacy framework. When you delete an email, a file, a log entry, or request account termination, the requested payload is immediately scrubbed from active storage allocations.

[ WARNING ] Once data is deleted, it is completely wiped from our infrastructure and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. We do not retain hidden archival ghost backups of deleted data.

4. Inactivity & Systematic Account Purging

To preserve server efficiency, maintain network resources, and minimize long-term security liabilities, this node enforces an active preservation policy.

[ PROTOCOL ] Accounts determined to be inactive for an extended duration will be flagged for automatic systems decommissioning. Upon classification as inactive, the account, its routing credentials, and all historical stored text/media payloads will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

5. Cookies & Persistent Tokens

We use local browser storage and minimal functional cookies solely to maintain your authentication state and visual interface settings (such as preserving your Light/Dark mode choice via local variables). We do not deploy tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics hooks.

6. Infrastructure Protection

All data routing utilizes modern transport encryption matrix protocols (SSL/TLS). However, no storage layer or digital data transmission interface over the open web is entirely flawless. While we maximize defense controls, users accept all inherent risks associated with web-based data storage.

7. Policy Reconfigurations

We reserve the right to alter this privacy blueprint to address evolving threat vectors or infrastructure updates. It is your responsibility to review this terminal node periodically for changes.

8. Privacy Support & Data Inquiries

If you require clarification regarding encrypted data handles, require a manual node purge, or wish to exercise data inquiries, submit your dispatch through the terminal interface below. Alternatively, direct transmissions can be routed to support@email.com.im.
